CURTWALL is an independent brand: the Shanghai HQ leads curation, contracts and after-sales; signed strategic factories in Keqiao, Shaoxing make the curtain materials; our own wallcovering installation team owns process standards, certification and project delivery. Both materials and know-how stay inside the brand.

We sign strategic agreements directly with specialist factories and co-develop styles — no layered wholesale markup — while handling curation, QC, documents, logistics and after-sales.
On-site QC at the factories
QC staff are based at the production base, inspecting batch by batch from yarn arrival to container loading, with photo and video records; failed batches never ship.
Own installation team
Our co-founder is a long-time, top-tier wallcovering installation expert; the team works to unified six-step standards and runs certification, project delivery and technical support.
Four QC gates, fully documented
Yarn incoming check
Strength and colorfastness sampled per batch; failures returned immediately.
Loom patrol
On-site QC patrols looms regularly; broken ends and picks handled at once.
Finished-fabric check
Roll-by-roll fabric inspection; defects marked and deducted.
Loading records
Container loading filmed and photographed; records sent with the shipment.
Curtain materials follow four QC gates; wallcovering installation follows the six-step process standards and final inspection described on the Installation Tech page.
Factory visits & technical exchange: Shanghai first, then the base
We are confident in our supply chain and installation expertise. Visits are by appointment, arranged and accompanied throughout by the CURTWALL team.

- Step 2: after signing a visitor NDA, our team accompanies you to the Keqiao base in Shaoxing (about 3 hours from Shanghai)
- See production lines, QC and container loading; wallcovering technical exchange booked separately
- Base details, factory names and core process parameters are disclosed after signing, per agreement
Base & site videos
Workshops, inspection machines, warehouse, loading and wallcovering sites are filmed regularly. Videos never show partner-factory names or contacts, so you can tour the factory and sites remotely.
