Are you a factory or a trading company?
CURTWALL is a brand: HQ in Shanghai, long-term strategic agreements with several specialist curtain factories in Keqiao, Shaoxing, and our own wallcovering installation team. You get direct-factory pricing plus curation, on-site QC, installation know-how, export documents, logistics and after-sales — all delivered under the CURTWALL brand.
Why aren't wholesale prices shown on the site?
To protect your retail margin, wholesale prices are only visible to approved customers. One product code, three price tiers: home retail, wholesale and city partner.
Can I place a trial order first?
Yes — first orders can be small trial batches, with swatches and local-language sales cards included. Confirm quantities with customer service.
How are shipping and customs handled?
We arrange China-side export customs declaration and cross-border freight; transit time and cost are confirmed per shipment. Clearance documents are prepared per destination-country requirements.
Does wallcovering supply include installation?
Three options: ① materials only, wholesale by the roll; ② materials plus installation training — we train your team to CURTWALL standards and certify them; ③ for hotel and apartment projects we can contract materials + installation, delivered by certified installers. Terms per official quotation.
How do we join the installation training?
The program is for curtain shops, interior firms and installation crews: substrate inspection and preparation, moisture & mould treatment, internal and external corners, seamless joins, special substrates and handover standards. Pass the assessment and receive a CURTWALL Certified Installer certificate. See the Installation Tech page or contact us.
Can we use our own brand?
Yes. Both curtains and wallcoverings support private-label hang tags, packaging and labeling. MOQ is negotiated separately; ask customer service about sampling.
